ABOUT VADIM KOZLYUK

Vadim Kozlyuk is the founder of Parksdale Building Co., a Charlotte area custom builder focused on high performance homes, thoughtful renovations, and durable construction. He founded Parksdale in 2020 after building nearly two decades of experience across estimating, construction management, and owner representation.

Vadim earned a Master of Science in Building Construction from Georgia Tech in 2013, with a focus on Integrated Project Delivery Systems. He is also a PHIUS Certified Builder whose work is grounded in building science, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, comfort, and long term durability.

At Parksdale, Vadim remains directly involved in preconstruction, budgeting, design coordination, construction planning, and quality control. His approach combines careful planning with practical field experience so clients can make informed decisions before and during construction.
